Apollo Econo mill 01182018 04:30 PM. I have an opportunity to buy an almost new Apollo Econo mill for 2K. I'm only starting out with a 3bbl brewhouse and 7bbl fermenters so I'll do two turns on brew days. My question is do I need a mill of this size for such a small brewery? Maybe I can grow into it.
